Rental requests will be reviewed to make sure the dates requested are available. We will be sending you a temporary reservation email with a link to pay the boat rental deposit. We require a $250 deposit for a daily rental or a $500 deposit for a multi-day rental via credit card. Filling out the rental request is not confirmation of the rental, you must pay the deposit in order to secure it

We do have a 14 day cancellation period, if you cancel outside of the 14 days we will refund 100% of the deposit back to the card, no questions asked. If it's within the 14 days of the rental, we don't refund, however, we hold the deposit as an in-store credit for a future rental (there is no expiration on the in-store credit).

If you need to make some adjustments to the reservation such as dates or the boat type, we would be happy to do that as long as the boat is available.
