My wife and I rented a pontoon boat from you all on the 10 of July and as always it was a pleasure working with all of you all again. Always professional, extremely friendly and accommodating. The person making the reservation was very helpful, because I was unsure of the date, I needed the boat so she allowed me to make 2 reservations, and I could cancel the one I didn't need without any hassles or additional cost. Everyone was very knowledgeable of not only the equipment but the do's and the don't on the water. Can't wait to rent again from you all.

Had our boat serviced at Snug Harbor twice. Each time we were treated with respect. Mechanic (Al) and service manager (Jeff)were extremely knowledgeable. During 1 of our services we had an issue with our shift cables. Troubleshot issue on the dock and fixed within an hour of calling.

We also rented a boat last year and the experience was friendly and fast.

We are going on our third year renting a boat from Snug Harbor for our annual camping trip with my family. Well maintained boats, kept clean, friendly and attentive staff and a fair price. We will be back Spring 2020!

My family and I recently vacationed in Ticonderoga NY. While we were there I rented a boat from Snug Harbor Marina to enjoy some boating on Lake George. From the on line reservation process to the young lady who checked us in to the young man out on the dock who walked me through the boats features and operation the staff at Snug Harbor were outstanding. They were friendly, informative and responsive to all my questions. The boat was clean, furnished with everything we needed for a pleasant weeks worth of boating. Snug Harbor management has done an excellent job in training their staff and should be very proud of there professionalism. I would rent from them again for certain.
